If you want to rename a library after you've created it, you can do so by opening the main menu (tap the back button if necessary), then tapping the book icon in the toolbar at the bottom of the pane. Choose "Manage..." to show the list of libraries.
In this window, you can rename any library other than the default "All Libraries" by using swipe actions or contextual menus. For instance, on an iPad, tap and hold the name of a library or swipe over it from right to left and choose "Rename" to give your library a new, unique name.
